Director Kris Watkins

Kris Watkins is the owner of the #JucoReport and JucoReport.com Managing editor.  Watkins also manages all #JucoReportTV Eval videos.  Watkins also serves as the Director for the #JucoReportElite150 and Battle of the South Juco Jamboree.  Watkins has an extensive background including 10 years in coaching both at the college and high school level before beginning JucoReport.com. Watkins has been involved in Junior College basketball since his time as a NJCAA assistant coach in 2006.

Assistant Director Corry Black

Corry Black is the Assistant Director of the #JucoReport and JucoReport.com. Black Better known as  “C.Black” will be bringing his CB HOOPS Jamborees and #ATLliveShowcase along with him and teaming with the #JucoReport to form one of the best Scouting and Recruiting teams in the country. Black brings 10 years of Experience in Coaching and Scouting and Recruiting the Southeast. Black has coached at the Juco and D2 and AAU level with stops at Southern Union, CVCC and Columbus State . Black also help jump start the Nike Georgia Blazers into one of top travel teams in the South. “I am excited about joining the #JucoReport staff, I want to help this team be the best in the country “

 Assistant Director Daniel Bowles

Coach Bowles brings 10 years of JuCo experience to the #JucoReport from work w CB Hoops and the late Kenn Littlefield as an administrative assistant for jamborees and exposure events specializing in scheduling and event planning.  Coach Bowles also brings 3 years of successful college coaching experience (69-27 record) and 9 years as a high school coach (2 state tourney appearances, 2012-13 region coach of the year, 20+ former players continued career at the college level)

tonyEvent Operations-Tony Watkins Jr.

Watkins is currently the Director of Northside Youth Organization.  Prior to taking over at NYO, Watkins spent eight years at Holy Innocents’​ Episcopal School where he served as Assistant Athletic Director and Head Girls’​ Basketball Coach.  As Head Girls’​ Basketball Coach, “Coach Tony”​ as he is known around the Atlanta area, guided the Holy Innocents’​ Lady Bears to the GHSA State Playoffs in every season from 2008 to 2016. The Lady Bears won the Region Championship four times, reached the GHSA Final Four in 2013, the GHSA Finals in 2014 and 2015, and won the GHSA Class AA State Championship in 2016. “Coach Tony” was named the GACA Region Coach of the Year four times (2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016) and was recognized by the Atlanta Tip-Off Club as the Garland Pinholster Metro-Atlanta Girls Coach of the Year (Class 1A-3A) in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Jordan joined #JucoReport in 2015. He works in various capacities during our events. Davis is currently a also a Social Media Intern with PeachStateBasketball.com while finishing his undergraduate degree.  Davis helps coordinate media onsite during JucoReport.com events across all our social media outlets.  Davis is also a contributor to PSBPopCulture.com and post numerous articles each month on the latest music and fashion trends.

Lang is the co founder of BamaMixtape.com   Lang has been involved with the #JucoReport team since 2015 and has helped us become not only the leader in Junior College Basketball coverage but also an organization that provides the highest quality of video media post event.  Lang also serves as the coach for the Alabama Fusion.

Elisha Sumo, “EJ”, is the founder & CEO of upwardNOW. upwardNOW provides production, technology, & sports services. Former Gordon State College Highlander, EJ continues to teach athletes how to play the game and trains them to be fundamentally sound. upwardNOW Technology is proud to have become a part of the #JucoReport family & will be providing video product(s).  EJ will be involved in both our onsite video coverage as well as post event videos.  You can get in contact with upwardNOW by way of social media or their website.
