6’1 Anthony Adger had an exceptional freshman season for Spartanburg Methodist point guard position to the tune of 11ppg/5.8apg/4.4rpg helping the Pioneers not only win their conference tournament but also help them make it to the NJCAA National Tournament.  Adger epitomizes toughness whether its his driving to the rim, taking a charge on the defensive end, creating for others as a distributor or knocking down the big 3 win his team needs it.  Adger went for double digits on 12 different occasions as a frosh including multiple games of 20 points or more.  Adger’s success as a frosh should be no surprise as he held his own last summer at our #JucoReportElite150 and he will be on hand again this summer on July 9th in ATL to establish himself as one of the top guards in the Southeast.
