#JucoReport Exposure Camp Highlights

6’1 Adrian Hicks of Columbia State is off to one of the hottest starts in the nation pouring in nearly 27ppg to go along with 4.5rpg/4.3apg while shooting 50% from 3.  It should come to no surprise after the season Hicks had last year when he was named TCCAA Freshman of the Year after averaging 17.8ppg/4.5rpg/3.6spg (Click Here to Read Article  about his freshman season).  Hicks scores the ball with a high effectiveness with range that stretches well beyond the 3 point line. Hicks does more than just score on the offensive end he also is an effective distributor who can break his defender down off the dribble and drop it off for easy buckets to his bigs inside.  Hicks gets to the freethrow line at a high clip averaging 9 attempts per game.  On the defensive end Hicks is a lockdown  defender who is a constant threat in the passing lanes averaging 3.6 steals per game.  We expect Hicks recruitment to pick up as the season continues with current interest from MTSU, FAU, Wright State, Colorado State, Missouri State, Portland State, Gardner Webb, and Tennessee State among others.
